The Farm Herboths No.485, situated 21 kilometres on the eastern outskirts of Windhoek, is estimated at approximately 1 660 hectares of developable land which has been earmarked for future development. An application for the permission for the need and desirability to establish the new township over the farm has recently been awarded by the Ministry of Urban and Rural Development.
Once fully developed, the extension of this satellite town will make provision for and estimated 19,500 erven.
In addition to the above, a portion of the Farm Herboths comprise 31 portions spaciously subdivided with sizes ranging from 3.7 to 9.8 hectares.
