The investment in fixed properties has proven to contribute substantially over the years and Trustco Properties owns a combined 4,092 hectares land bank which creates an opportunity for the provision of over 25 000 mixed-use erven. To date the division has successfully serviced over 600 erven which contributed toward the commercial and residential property markets.
The portfolio for Trustco Properties currently includes the Elisenheim Lifestyle Estate, the Lafrenz Industrial Park, the Ombala mixed use development within Ondangwa, a number of property rentals as well as undeveloped Farm land.
