The story about Trustco is intrinsically tied to property development, as the acquisition, development and sale of property was in the heart of the establishment of Trustco Group International/Holdings.
Trustco Properties is the investment division of the insurance segment under Legal Shield Holdings Ltd and has proven its resilience as one of the largest private property development companies in Namibia.
The company’s flagship project, the Elisenheim Lifestyle Estate, was acquired during 2013 and is regarded as one of the most unique and successful lifestyle estates within Namibia.
Parallel to this significant residential estate, Trustco Properties has been continuously investing in various land acquisitions throughout Namibia and is committed to bringing the vision of the Group to life by generating above average growth through its property investments that will maximise adding value to shareholders, customers and employees while at the same time improving the quality of life for Namibian land owners.
The acute shortage of serviced land in the country remains a priority and the most profound constraint is the mismatch between the supply of developed land and the demand thereof.
The Division’s property portfolio contributes meaningfully to satisfy the high demand for land and ensures property investments remain a sustainable key business driver.
The investment in fixed properties has proven to contribute substantially over the years and Trustco Properties owns a combined 4,092 hectares land bank which creates an opportunity for the provision of over 25 000 mixed-use erven. To date the division has successfully serviced over 600 erven which contributed toward the commercial and residential property markets.

The portfolio for Trustco Properties currently includes the Elisenheim Lifestyle Estate, the Lafrenz Industrial Park, the Ombala mixed use development within Ondangwa, a number of property rentals as well as undeveloped Farm land.
Situated directly north on the outskirts of Windhoek, the Elisenheim Lifestyle Estate is the largest private development in Namibia, making provision for over 6000 erven. The Lafrenz Industrial Park lie on the northern outskirts of Windhoek approximately 7km from the City Centre.
